DDoS or Distributive Denial-of-Services attacks: How to perform DDoS attacks on a website

Introduction:

In this post, I am going to share about DDoS attack, that is an old but working method of DDOS attacking on a website manually. This method comes up to existance with the help of CMD or Command Prompt.  I request to readers to kindly have a look on the ‘disclaimer’(in red) in this post before reading the rest of this article.

Disclaimer:

( This trick is being posted on this blog just for educational purpose. Our blog just want to share that how hackers perform DDoS attacks on a website. We request everyone who is reading this post must not use this knowledge for wrong and invalid tasks, we do not encourage any wrong or illegal act post. Anyone who uses this knowledge for wrong purpose will himself/herself responsible for their deed. )

What is the full form of DDOS?

DDoS stands for ‘Distributive Denial of Services’.

What is meant by DDOS attack or Distributive Denial of Services?

In simple words, DDoS or Distributive Denial of Services attack is a way to shut down a server manually by flooding to sending a large amount of Pings to it. This results in the disconnection and failure of data transmission between that server and the users.

After performing a successful DDoS attack on a website, that website can go offline for hours.
Procedure of how to perform a DDoS attack on a website.

1) Consider an enemy’s website on which you have to perform DDoS attack. For example, let the website name is: www.friendswebsite13471.com.

2) Now, we will have to find its IP address to go for the rest of the steps.

(In this snapshot, I am pinging www.google.com to give an example of how ping works)

(In this snapshot, I am pinging www.google.com to give an example of how ping works)

To find the IP address of a website, Goto RUN > Type ‘CMD’ (without quotes) > then type:
ping www.friendswebsite13471
and hit ‘Enter’.

Note: The following procedure will not give you any IP address, as the above website doesn’t exists in real. But if you try finding IP address of a valid of existing website through the above step, you will get something like 100.0.0.100 (though numbers there can vary from 0 to 9).

3) So, now we have found the IP address of enemy’s website. (Say 100.0.0.0 is the IP address of that website).

In the same or a new Command Prompt window (Run>CMD>CMD windows opens), type:
Ping 100.0.0.0 –t –l 65500

5) Now let the Command Propt windows opened and working on the IP and forget it for 1-2 hour(s).

6) After 1-2 hours, when you will try to browse that website, you will find the website has been crashed or gone offline.

Some websites are quite resistant towards DDoS attacks, to flood their servers, one should use different Computers and IP’s to target at the enemy website at the same time, while mini websites can be attacked by a single Computer.

Are DDoS attacks against the law?

This is a question, which is ‘must’ to come in mind of people who read of hear about ‘Denial-of-Services’ attacks.

Remember, none of the wrong tasks can be considered as ‘legal’. If you are knowingly doing such practices in sake of harming a targeted website, then sure you can be at a risk. Note,  we are not the only one who can know IP adresses and location.

To avoid future risks, you may not try knowingly causing any damages to authorization, transmission and working, command, information codes of a governmental or any alien or popular website. In other words, avoid intentionally making harms to any website that is not owned by you yourself.
